What we collect
If you check out, Stripe collects your name, email, payment details and UK delivery address to take payment and so we can fulfil the order. We receive order information from Stripe; we do not store full card numbers on this site. If you send the contact form or email us, we keep the content of that correspondence. Your basket, wishlist and recently viewed items are kept in your own browser's localStorage and are not sent to us until you start checkout.
Why we use it
Contract: to take payment, ship your order and handle returns. Legitimate interests: to answer enquiries and keep the shop secure. Legal obligation: tax and consumer-law records. If you accept cookies, we use Google Ads to measure advertising. We do not sell your data.
Cookies and similar storage
Under the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations (PECR) we ask for a choice on non-essential storage. Essential storage is required for the basket and checkout. If you Accept, we load Google's Ads tag (gtag.js, IDs AW-18490708402, AW-18423711998, AW-18401194385, AW-18401296123), which may set advertising cookies to measure ad performance. Reject keeps only strictly necessary storage. See also our cookie banner on first visit.
Processors and transfers
Stripe processes payments. The contact form is sent with Resend. Hosting may be provided by Vercel. If you accept cookies, Google processes the Ads tag. Their locations can include countries outside the UK; they use appropriate safeguards. We do not operate social logins.
Your rights
Under UK GDPR you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection, or data portability, and you may complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk). We keep order records as long as needed for tax and consumer-law purposes.
