Hearthwell sells garden storage from a unit at 48 Viscount St, Manchester, M14 5UH, United Kingdom. 66 products across 5 categories — sheds, bin stores, bike stores, storage boxes and storage cabinets — from 16 manufacturers: B&Q Marketplace, BillyOh, Biohort, Empire, Forest Garden, Globel, Keter, Livingandhome, Marlborough, Mercia, Palram - Canopia, Rowlinson, Shire, Suncast, Waltons, Yardmaster.

We are a retailer, not a manufacturer. Everything here is made by the brand named on the listing, and we say so on every product page. The range is deliberately narrow: things that bolt or screw together in an afternoon, arrive flat-packed, and sit on a base most people already have.

What we put on a product page

The external size, the footprint, the material, the roof type, the cladding or panel thickness, and the guarantee the manufacturer gives. Those are the four or five facts that decide whether a shed fits your garden and how much upkeep it will want, so they are on the page rather than buried in a PDF.

Where the manufacturer issues a barcode we print it. Where it does not, we do not invent one. Photography comes from the manufacturer and shows the model you are buying; the plants and furniture staged around it do not come with it.

What we will not do

We do not publish reviews we have not received. If a product page says there are no reviews yet, that is because there are none — not because we are hiding them. We do not show a struck-through “was” price that we never charged, and we do not run countdown timers or stock-scarcity warnings.

We take card payment through Stripe on this site and nowhere else. Nobody from Hearthwell will ever ask you to pay by bank transfer, send card details by email, or complete an order over WhatsApp.

Prices

One price per product, including VAT at 20%. Delivery to the UK mainland is free; the delivery page lists the postcodes that service does not reach and what happens if yours is one of them.

When your order arrives

We dispatch in 1–2 working days, and transit is typically 3–7 working days. Larger sheds travel on a pallet, and the carrier books a slot with you rather than leaving a 400 kg pallet on the pavement. Check the pallet for damage before you sign for it and tell us the same day if anything is crushed.

If something goes wrong

The guarantee is the manufacturer's and its length is on each product page. Email us first and we raise the claim with them rather than sending you off to do it yourself. Separately, you have 14 days to change your mind under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, and we add 30 days of our own for unused items in their original packaging — the returns page has the detail.
